The "LIBZ200/300" is an alloy analyzer that does not use X-rays or radiation. It analyzes various alloys, including aluminum alloys, in a short time using a powerful laser. It is capable of measuring light elements such as lithium, beryllium, and boron, which are difficult to assess with HH XRF.
